PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY!!!
Question: How do I purchase tickets?
Answer: Tickets are ONLY sold on our football website beginning Monday, November 21-Wednesday, December 8th. Tickets will not be sold after December 8th. (No tickets will be sold at the door.)
Question: What is the method of payment?
Answer: Tickets can only be purchased with a credit card or debit card on the website. We will not accept checks or cash. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE EVENT. ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE BETWEEN THE DATES LISTED ABOVE. YOUR NAME MUST APPEAR ON THE RESERVATION LIST FOR ADMITTANCE.
Question: Do I have to pay for my player or trainer?
Answer: ALL PLAYERS, TRAINERS, AND COACHING STAFF WILL HAVE THEIR TICKETS PAID FOR COURTESY OF THE TOUCHDOWN CLUB. All others must purchase a ticket for entrance into the event.
Question: How much are the tickets?
Answer: Tickets are $30.00 each.
Question: What will be the menu?
Answer: The menu is buffet style food from Carmine's Italian and Roasters home style cooking. Dessert provided by the Touchdown Club. You will have to choose your restaurant preference when you purchase your ticket on the website.
Question: How do I get to the Forsyth Convention Center?
Question: What is the attire for the event?
Answer: Players should wear dress slacks and a tie. Guest attire is church/ business dress.
Question: Can a player attend without his parents?
Answer: Yes, he can. Guest attendance is voluntary.
Question: Will we have the toy drive again this year?
Answer: Yes, you may bring a new toy that is unwrapped to donate.
Question: What will senior parents have to do to prepare?
Answer: Please submit 5 digital images to Jeff Stallard by Wed. Dec. 7th at midnight. A video will be produced.
